Best hotel breakfast ever

We felt at home with easy access to the local Target and various restaurants. The fridge and microwave in our room were super handy for snacks.

I appreciated the convenient accessibility and the friendly staff. The hotel was clean, and my room offered a welcoming atmosphere, making my stay quite pleasant during my visit to the area.

More seating in common areas would be helpful.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience. The air conditioner in my room was deafeningly loud, making it impossible to sleep on a hot night. When I asked for a different room, they brushed me off and didn’t bother to help. It was aggravating that the lady at the front desk couldn't care less about my discomfort. By checkout, her attitude was slightly better but it was far too late to salvage my stay.

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We explored Heinz Field and the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. It’s a great spot if you're visiting nearby attractions. Definitely a good choice for a group getaway!

Some areas could use updating, like the room decor.

great access to attractions and parks for weekend strolls

I loved how easily we could reach both the Allegheny Islands State Park and the Oaks Theater while staying for three nights. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our time relaxing and enjoyable.

The room location near the lobby was noisy, making it tough to catch some Z's with guests checking in and out constantly. The pool area felt uninviting with its cold water, emergency lighting, and lack of bathroom facilities. More towel hooks definitely needed as a family of four struggled to manage wet towels without a proper setup.

Friendly staff made our visit enjoyable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options that exceeded expectations. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. However, there were issues with noise from the next room that disrupted sleep, and maintenance concerns included mold in the shower curtain that required resolution.

Just a balanced option for a rapid stop in Harmarville with great value for the money. The front desk was incredibly efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Keep an eye out for the maintenance issues in the rooms during your stay.

We enjoyed three nights in a King Room. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating, quickly addressing our needs. The breakfast spread was diverse and always fresh, with attentive service. For future guests, try to stay on the higher floors to avoid hallway noise.
